Spotpris is run by an individual based in Sweden. It is an independent project, not affiliated with any company or organisation. Contact happens through the contact form inside the app — see the support page.
Viewing prices here asks nothing of you. Your browser remembers locally which price area and colour theme you picked — that never leaves your device. Price data is fetched by our own server, not by your browser, so no third-party requests are made from this page.
Viewing prices in the app needs no account and sends us no personal data. Your chosen price area is stored on the phone only. The app does not ask for notification permission until you actually subscribe.
If you subscribe, we store the following and nothing else:
We never receive or store payment details — all purchases happen with Apple.
The app has a contact form. When you use it we store the message you wrote, your app version, and — only if you choose to add one — a reply address, so we can answer you.
If you are a subscriber, the message is also stored with your notification device token and your Apple subscription identifier. That is not extra data collection — both already exist in your subscription record (see section 3); keeping a copy on the message just tells us which account wrote in, so we can actually investigate the problem you are reporting. If you are not a subscriber, neither is stored.
Messages and everything attached to them are automatically deleted after 90 days.
Servers are located within the EU. Price data comes from elprisetjustnu.se (Nord Pool data). Push notifications are delivered via the Apple Push Notification service.
Subscription data is kept while the subscription is active and for a short period afterwards to record the ending. Device tokens are removed as soon as Apple reports them invalid. Logs of sent notifications are cleared after two days.
Since there is no account, there is nothing to log into and delete. To have everything about your subscription removed: cancel in the App Store and delete the app, or get in touch through the contact form in the app. You have the right to access, rectification and erasure under the GDPR.
