Nord Pool spot prices for 3 August 2025 to 2 August 2026, every quarter-hour, from elprisetjustnu.se. For each day we take the cheapest and the most expensive run of three consecutive hours, and average those over the year. Amounts include 25% VAT. Grid fees and energy tax are the same whatever hour you use the power, so they do not change the difference.
These figures compare two extremes — always using power at the day's peak against always using it in the cheapest stretch. Against the daily average instead of the peak, the same wash is about 1.70 kr and the same car about 1,070 kr a year in SE3. Your own figures depend on your price area, your contract and how much you can actually move. Recalculated once a year.
Set a high and a low limit. When the price crosses one, your phone tells you — grouped per period, not one alert per quarter-hour.
One notification at a time you choose, with today's lowest, average and highest. Can be limited to days when the price is actually high.
Thresholds in öre, quiet hours so nothing wakes you, and at most seven alerts a day — the last one lists the periods still to come.

Spotpris shows every one of them: each bar in the chart above is a quarter of an hour, and the alerts in the app watch the same periods. We still say "hour by hour" because that is how most of us think about a day.
