To get in touch, use the contact form inside the Spotpris app: open Settings → About → Help and contact and send your message there. Messages sent from the app arrive with your app version attached, which lets us help you faster.
If you add your email address to the message, you will get a reply by email. Spotpris is run by an individual based in Sweden in their spare time — replies usually arrive within a few days.
Spotpris shows the raw spot price. Your bill adds VAT, energy tax, grid fees and your supplier's markup.
Nord Pool publishes them around midday at the earliest, and they appear here and in the app as soon as they exist — usually after 13:00 Stockholm time.
Check that the subscription is active, that notifications are allowed for Spotpris in iOS settings, and that the current hour is not inside your quiet hours.
Open the app with the same Apple ID. The subscription and your alert settings are restored automatically. If nothing happens, tap Restore Purchases in the app's settings.
In iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Spotpris → Cancel Subscription.
